About Andrea Perez
Title: Data and Research Specialist
Major areas of responsibility: I provide guidance to staff toward improving data collection and outcome tracking, reporting, and analysis of community, client, and resident data.
What I’m most proud of: I played a part in creating the inventory of datasets and platforms used for data management of JPNDC programs. With an incredible working team, we succeeded in reporting the Family Prosperity Services and Early Education Program annual and preliminary long-term reports.
Relevant background: My areas of expertise are public policy, local government capacity building, and data management and analysis. I served the Ministry of Finance in Colombia where I coordinated negotiations around debt restructuring, and developed policy briefs on energy transition and climate change policies. I have been a small businesswoman and volunteer in environmental endeavors.

What inspires me: Nature. People’s stories. New challenges.
