About Anne Gelbspan
Board position:
Assistant Clerk
Committees:
Real Estate
Current field of work or professional background:
I’m retired now after doing non-profit real estate development for 24 years. I served as Senior Project Manager with the Women’s Institute for Housing and Economic Development, working on 14 projects. I’m one of the co-founders of JP@Home in a partnership with Ethos, an initiative by local seniors to stay supported, active and independent.
JPNDC project I am the most proud of:
I think the Brewery is fabulous–but it was developed long before my time so I cannot take any credit!
What inspires me:
Finding ways to transform a vacant lot or building into homes and community benefits, community-building and the inspiring and wonderful people I’ve worked with over the years.
What I like:
My many friends, my family, cooking, walking the dog, music, and reading.
