Our Family Mobility Services (FMS) team works with residents to navigate complex systems and build a roadmap to prosperity. We offer a variety of programs focused on financial wellness and employment.

Financial Prosperity

Individualized support to set and reach your financial goals.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching: Increase savings, reduce debt, build credit and work towards asset building.

  • Crisis Support: Help with food insecurity, income support, and public benefits.
  • Workshops: Digital and in-person sessions on credit and money management.

Career Coaching

Personalized guidance for your professional development.

  • Career Planning: Resumes, cover letters, and job placement assistance.

  • Workplace Skills Training: Enroll in higher education or certification programs and receive workplace skills training.

  • Additional Services: ESOL classes, CORI sealing support, digital literacy training.

Who is Eligible?

Our programs are free and available to community members who meet the following criteria:

  • You live in the Greater Boston area and surrounding cities and towns.

  • You have a specific financial or career goal in mind.
  • You are committed to the 1-on-1 coaching process.

Most participants find that within a few months, they have gained the knowledge and tools necessary for long-term prosperity.
