Redevelopment of three parcels located at 3‐5 Schuyler Street, 24 Cheney Street (both in Grove Hall), and 21‐23 Greenville Street (Nubian Square)
The Cheney and Schuyler St. buildings will be new construction; the Greenville component involves the redevelopment of an existing, vacant fire-damaged building
