Major areas of responsibility: Manage multiple aspects of several JPNDC real estate projects including coordination with architects, engineers, development consultants, attorneys, accountants, and other professional staff; design work including community planning, permitting, zoning, bidding, and contractor selection; project budgets and funding applications for predevelopment, construction and permanent financing; project management during the construction phase; and oversight of marketing, leasing, sales and occupancy. In addition, play an increasing role in residential and commercial asset management.
Relevant background: Tenant and community organizing, 1988 to 2003; community based real estate development (primarily affordable housing), 2003 to present. I earned a BA from the University of Connecticut in 1987 and a Masters in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University in 2002.
