Different Paths to Entry

Resident Services

Our team can assist JPNDC residents with a broad range of additional services. These include support with urgent needs, help navigating benefits and accessing resource referrals, home management resources, and much more. Even when a case results in a referral, we serve as your first point of contact.

Case Management

Our Case Management team provides personalized support to help families of JPNDC affordable housing build stability and connect to resources. We can assist with rental assistance, insurance benefits, children’s enrichment programs, and more, while also connecting individuals to career and financial coaching through RAMWP certified mobility coaches.

Mobility Coaching

Our mobility coaching is a mixture of financial and career coaching specifically designed to support JPNDC Residents. Our certified mobility coaches can assist with financial goals such as increasing your savings, reducing debt, working towards asset building, and more. Our certified mobility coaches can assist with career goals such as resumes, cover letters, job placement assistance, and more.

Program Offerings

Vocational Training Assistance

Access free or discounted vocational training, GED programs, and higher education opportunities.

Escrow

Earn escrow savings by reaching career and financial goals like building savings, improving credit, reducing debt, earning your GED, and more.

Workshops

Workshops and learning opportunities hosted right in your building on topics like taxes, savings, mindfulness, goal setting, and more.

Essential Needs Support

Timely assistance with critical needs, food insecurity, and access to benefits or external referrals.

Individualized Assistance

As a JPNDC resident, you can work 1-on-1 with a certified coach and/or case manager to define the specific goals that make sense for you and your family. Our specialized approach is designed to meet you where you are, we offer individualized assistance in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.

Tenancy Preservation

Our Tenant Preservation Program offers eligible JPNDC residents who are behind on rent flexible repayment plans of up to four years, which are much more reasonable than traditional one-year repayment plans. Participants can also access support in securing public funding to cover up to half of their original debt balance within three months, while still enrolling in the full RAMWP program and earning escrow for accomplishing other goals.
