Title: Senior Case Manager

Major areas of responsibility: Providing Case Management support to families living in JPNDC housing portfolio and those in the community working with Family Mobility Services. Goals of our work include increasing access to community resources, like mental health and wellness programs, and assisting with Property Management communication.

Relevant background: I have a BA in psychology from Emmanuel College and a MA in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. Prior to joining JPNDC I worked in the Emergency Assistance shelter system for 5 years, supervising a team of case managers and supporting residents to stabilize and move into permanent housing.
