Major areas of responsibility: Managing the Mildred Hailey Apartments Building 2 project across its full lifecycle including overseeing the budget, financing applications, permitting, construction process, schedule and compliance with lender requirements.  

Relevant background: 12 years’ experience in the development and administration of affordable housing in the Greater Boston area. Prior to joining JPNDC I worked at 2Life Communities where I led the development of senior housing communities including a 68-unit, $43 million expansion of Golda Meir House in Newton, the 68-unit, $37 million development of Leland House in Waltham and the start of construction on Solimine House, a 150-unit, $83 million project in Lynn. Earlier I managed the City of Somerville’s Inclusionary Housing Program after starting my affordable housing career at MetroHousing Boston where I administered Section 8 vouchers and the Family Economic Stability Program.
