Major areas of responsibility: I oversee our newest coaches in the Economic Prosperity Services department, both our economic mobility coach’s’ and our case manager. I also continue my work as a financial coach and ensure to tailor my approach depending on the client and their specific needs.

Relevant background: Before joining JPNDC in 2018, I worked in a school for women where they are offered ESOL, GED, computer classes, understanding their needs and thoughts about the future that they wanted to achieve in this country. In my first role at JPNDC as a Client Services Navigator, I connected people to a wide range of benefits and resources. I obtained my Financial Coaching certification and became a Financial Coach in 2021. I am very grateful to have been able to continue growing with JPNDC and to now have a team of my own as the Associate Director of Economic Mobility.
