About The Partnership

Together We Thrive (TWT) is a partnership among Upham’s Community Care (UCC), Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC), Dorchester Food Co-op (DFC), and a growing network of community partners committed to strengthening the foundations that help Dorchester and Roxbury residents thrive. Through community outreach and collaboration, the coalition reduces barriers, expands access, and empowers residents to drive their own goals while contributing to a stronger, more connected community. By bringing together resources that promote economic mobility, food access, workforce development, and healthy living, TWT is creating an ecosystem where residents can create the future they want for themselves and their families.
